Cancel automatic renewal

Open Plan & limits and select Cancel automatic renewal. The request cancels the Cashfree payment mandate; it does not immediately end your AetherVenue subscription. Purchased access remains available until the current paid term ends. Check the displayed mandate status for confirmation. A payment already processing may still complete.

Platform subscription refunds

After the free trial expires, paid AetherVenue subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancelling automatic renewal does not refund the current term or any unused time; access continues until the paid term ends.

Venue booking refunds

Customer payments to a venue follow that venue's published cancellation and refund policies. Where the venue has no approved policy for a policy type, the published default configured by the platform administrator applies. The applicable policies are displayed on the venue website and during booking. Contact the venue using your booking confirmation. These booking payments are separate from an AetherVenue software subscription.
