Service and account responsibilities

AetherVenue is operated by Qubit Codes and provides venue-management software, public venue websites, booking records, payments, accounting and reporting. Venue operators are responsible for their venue details, pricing, availability, booking fulfilment and published booking policies. Keep your account information accurate and allow access only to authorised staff.

Trial and subscription billing

New eligible accounts receive a 30-day trial without a payment card. Optional fictional sample data expires within seven days and is separate from real bookings. Paid plan prices and billing intervals are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) before authorization. Creating a trial account does not authorize automatic payments.

Automatic renewal requires your explicit authorization through Cashfree. You can cancel automatic renewal in Plan & limits. Cancellation stops future renewals once the payment mandate is cancelled and preserves purchased access through the paid term. Payments already processing may still complete.

Venue bookings

A software subscription does not reserve a venue. Venue booking prices, taxes, confirmation requirements and cancellation conditions are shown in the venue's booking flow and policies.
